...What makes us think you'll be able to read our critiques?

I know this sounds harsh, but journals have been posted repeatedly. We've left messages that are never responded to and never fixed.

How long are we supposed to keep deviations in our messages awaiting a response or change?

Deviations have expired while we waited... how are we supposed to feel, and what are we supposed to do?

Our goal is to provide you with useful critique and feedback on your work.

Why do we want you to write questions?
Because, for example. The photo is over exposed, you know it's over exposed, we tell you it's over exposed... how helpful would that really be?

An example of acceptable request for feedback would be :

*is the lighting good?
*what do you think about the angle?
*do you think it'd look better with a different crop?
ect.

Simple questions that can help up help you more than you can imagine. They don't have to be simple questions, if you have another question, feel free to ask. Anything you're unsure about, want to know more about, or would like suggestions or opinions on.

If you do not have the feedback requested in your artists comments, we will DENY your work. No exceptions, denied, simply.


We ask you to do this so we can help you.

Also, if you are subscribed, have critique feature enabled.

We do these things so we can help you, as well as stop our group from being a dumping ground for works that people don't even want critique on, therefore wasting our time and causing it to take longer to critique work of those who really want critique.
